French Twist on “Safari”

What do you think of when you imagine “A Safari?”

Chances are you think of Africa and the magnificent Africa wildlife, and touring a Game Park in a special animal-viewing vehicle. All true of course, and something that’s on many people’s dream list, or bucket list.

But what about a different kind of safari? One that explores vineyards, vines and wines instead of animals? Sounds good to me. Maybe we’ll try it next time we visit Beaune.
